    well if you set up a work group you’ll get only file and printer sharing, now if you set up a domain you’ll get total control over the accounts like creating, deleting, disabling, changing the password, setting up time limits, what web pages he can visit, and much more, I’ll recommend you to set up a domain if you’re interested in network management.
