    Explicit means that everything is spelled out on how things are to be done. Implicit means it is implied how things are to be , but not in a clear manner.

    Implicit means implied, but not expressly stated; present, without being visible; entangled, intertwined.

    Explicit means not merely implied, but distinctly stated; plain in language; outspoken; clear.
