How could I markert a property management company in these rough times?

I’m just starting up a company in property management (commercial/residental) and was wondering how I could advertise this company successfuly. I’ve tried the best I could passing out door hang tags and networking with vendors but it seems to be very difficult to get any hits. Does anyone have any techniques they could share to lead me to success?

Anything would be helpful.

    Well Mark, I work for a management co.

    You could belong to your local property management association, sponsor a sports team, enter into a relationship with a real estate broker or real estate attorney, purchase some property and market it by your management company, you could strike up a relationship a bank and offer to manage their foreclosed/repossessed communities for a discounted rate….

    What is the biggest problem landlords face. Figure this out and promote that you can “solve” it.

    HINT: high rents to cover their costs, making sure the place is rented at top dollar.
